Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website does not operate as an online store and does not create an automatic right to purchase, reserve, lease, charter, or use any Wia product. Information presented on the website is for general informational and marketing purposes only.
4. No Binding Offer
Any information displayed on the website, including product descriptions, model names, prices, indicative prices, specifications, delivery information, or availability, does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A binding purchase, reservation, distribution, service, charter, demonstration, or partnership arrangement may only be created through a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
Wia reserves the right to:
- a) accept or reject any inquiry;
- b) modify or withdraw any product, service, or configuration;

9. Dealer, Distributor, and Partner Inquiries
The website may allow potential dealers, distributors, service partners, marina partners, investors, or other business partners to contact Wia. Submitting a partner inquiry does not create any agency, distribution, exclusivity, representation, employment, joint venture, or other commercial relationship.

Resolution If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Wia encourages users to contact us first so that disputes can be resolved directly and efficiently.
Consumers may also have access to alternative dispute resolution bodies. In Hungary, conciliation bodies help consumers and businesses settle consumer disputes out of court, and businesses have cooperation obligations in such proceedings. (bekeltet.bkik.hu)
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued as of 20 July 2025, so websites should avoid relying on the old ODR platform link as an active complaint channel. (Consumer Redress in the EU)
